The group first company, MOA Technical (Nig) Enterprises was incorporated in the early 1990s.
MOA Technical Ltd. is a major distributor of home appliances and elctronics of world-class brands like Haier Thermocool, LG, SAMSUNG, MEDIA etc.
Multiplex Technology Ltd. is a Procurement, Engineering and Environmental Services company incorporated in 2002 to provide quality service in the oil and gas industries and public sector.
Multiplex Travels and Tours Ltd was incorporated in 2006 to contribute to the transportation needs of the teeming Nigerian populace. The plan is to run a transport system that will conveniently and safely move people and goods across the six geo-political zones of Nigeria.
AC World Ltd is established mainly to focus on the sales, installation and service of top brand air conditioners across the country.
